I'm a dog mum to Jeffrey (a 10-year-old Moodle) a wife to Jake and a lover of all things business and entrepreneurship. I love a good Eggs Benedict and you'll normally find me at a spin class or Farmer's Market on the weekends. I'm a HUGE personal development junkie and a Human Design Reader (hello 6/2 Manifesting Generator).
After almost a decade working across Apple, Google and Insight Timer in Marketing, Business Strategy and Operations, I started an introspective journey to reconnect to my true self and rediscover my passion and purpose in life. One of the biggest things I learned was that my zone of genius lies in the intersection of inner-work and business strategy, in a sweet spot I like to call "Conscious Business".
